I-DEP® recommends spending a few minutes with your sales executive during the brief
"Test Your Computer" process to ensure optimal benefits and proper expectations.
Beyond this, no additional training or equipment is required to participate in an I-DEP
Internet deposition. I-DEP takes care of all the technical details - and our court
reporter partners bring all of the necessary equipment to stream audio, video and
transcript over the Internet, as well as a laptop computer for the on-site participant to send
and receive messages.
As seen in the illustration here, the I-DEP
user interface is simple and intuitive. If you've surfed the Web, you'll
feel comfortable with our controls. In addition, we always test new members'
computers prior to the day of the deposition to make sure the connections
are solid and reliable.

Finally, I-DEP makes sure you're comfortable with our interface prior to a deposition. If you need help before, during or after a deposition, a single phone call to I-DEP Tech Support puts you in touch with an expert who can get you back on track.
For corporations or firms with multiple I-DEP members, we will be pleased to
send a representative to your office to conduct training in person. Training
also is available by phone - or through the use of I-DEP's video and audio
capabilities.
