Once you're a registered member, you are able to schedule I-DEP® Internet Depositions. To begin, click the "Login" button under "Schedule an I-DEP' at left.. (If you're not already a member, click on "Become a Member" at left to register free of charge.)
Once login is complete, you will be taken to the "Schedule a Deposition" page. Here you simply provide basic information such as case name, case number, forum state and deponent name. When a deposition is scheduled, I-DEP will send the scheduler a deposition password. Treat this password as confidential and distribute it only to authorized participants. Remember - all attendees must be registered.
You may also ask your I-DEP Certified Court Reporter to schedule the deposition, or you may contact I-DEP directly at (800) 498-I-DEP.
