Within 48 to 72 hours of a deposition's conclusion, clients who opt for our
Depositions on DemandSM service will be able to log on to our Web
site and review the complete deposition with audio and video synchronized with
the transcript. During review, members may perform keyword searches of both
transcript and video, stop playback, go forward or back, view their private
annotations made during the deposition and continue to annotate the transcript
for later review.
In addition, these files can be exported in a variety of formats for use in trial-preparation
applications. Please contact I-DEP Tech Support for details.
All archived depositions are protected by the same state-of-the-art security measures that
ensure live I-DEP depositions are completely safe.
If Depositions on DemandSM is not selected when scheduling a deposition, you have 30
days to advise I-DEP on storage preferences. Several
storage options are available;
