You must be a registered member to take, participate in, monitor or schedule an I-DEP^® Deposition Broadcasting Service, or access an archived I-DEP Internet Deposition. Registration is required to access our secure services, is FREE and involves no obligations or commitments on your part.

Why does I-DEP insist upon registration?

Because of the sensitive nature of legal proceedings, I-DEP takes great care to ensure complete, state-of-the-art security for live depositions as well as archived deposition files and documents. An important part of this security is our requirement that all organizations and individuals register prior to using I-DEP services - and log in with member ID and password before each session. This prevents anyone from logging in to an I-DEP Internet Deposition anonymously or under an assumed name. (For more information, please read our Commitment to Security.)

Registration is free and can be done anytime by clicking on the "Become a Member" link at the left-hand side of this page. Registration needs to be completed only once. After registration, members can participate in I-DEP Deposition Broadcasting Service or utilize I-DEP's Depositions on Demand^sm suite of post-deposition services.

Please note that registration is a two-step process in which we ask for both your name and corporate affiliation.
