The I-DEP^® Pilot Program is designed to quantify the cost savings your organization will realize by using I-DEP Internet Deposition Services. For some companies, it represents a simple way to begin trying our service with minimal risk. For most, it is an opportunity to have a full consulting analysis conducted while evaluating I-DEP in an actual deposition environment. For I-DEP, we collect valuable deposition data while we increase our exposure throughout your organization.

For this program, I-DEP will agree to provide a specified number of depositions to your organization at a significantly discounted fee schedule, as long as those depositions occur within 90 days and meet criteria that allow I-DEP to demonstrate the full utility of our services and develop an accurate and substantive cost-benefit analysis.

Upon completion of the Pilot Program, and based on information gathered during the program, I-DEP will deliver to your organization a Pilot Program Report which will detail and document hard and soft cost savings realized during this time as well as an analysis of your deposition needs. I-DEP can then design and deliver an implementation plan for adoption throughout your organization.
